Chris Johnston and The Lost Treasures, A Logun Keller production:
It wasn't long before Chris and his pirate pal Logun had soon realized that they were sitting down for a long conversation about the "Lost Treasures". They had poured over the scrolls that detailed what was told about the Lost Treasures but something was bugging them. They weren't sure if it was the cannon bug from earlier or the random completion of daily quests but they felt like something was different in the Sea of Thieves. Rowboats felt more accessible, chatting with others seemed larger than life, and dying with a pistol in your hand was no longer the only option. What was "lost" about these treasures?
Neither of them could truly answer the question without spending a good amount of time talking it out and trying to decypher these foreign texts that seem to add the letter 'u' to random words. It's fair to say that hopefully by the end of their conversation we hope to understand better what the Lost Treasures are but until that time we find CJ and Logun chiming in after some very well produced and catchy theme music accompanied by a voice that could only be described as the voice of Sea of Thieves.
Meanwhile, outside the tavern a man dressed as a Ruby Splashtail sporting a crown and a smile that could only mean trouble and a loss of Ancient Coin pulled up to the dock and asked the local shipwright where one could go where everyone knows your name. The man looks up and sees a darkened cloud slowly moving in over the island and the crack of thunder echoes across the seas.
Man, "Let's get dangerous."

Ahoy there pirates! This week I dive into the videos that were released from Rare regarding the upcoming Quality of Life improvements and bug fixes for Lost Treasures on May 27th. Also we got a trailer announcing the new release date for the Steam release of Sea of Thieves. There's some good info about what you should know if you're thinking about picking it up. I wanted to talk a bit more about my experience with Arena going into the final days of the Competition of Courage and dive into an interesting idea of testing out Sword and Gun as a locked combination. Ahoy Pirates, with this month giving us a Quality of Life update I wanted to ask you all what you wanted to see from the team. I got far more responses than I was anticipating and as a result, I decided to dedicate this entire episode to just feedback and ideas. Ahoy Pirates!
I hope you had a good weekend, hopefully sailing the seas and getting some wins in Arena! This week I sat down with SightlessKombat an Xbox Ambassador who was recently featured as the XA of the Month! A lot of the conversation was around what life is like playing games without sight. As you would imagine there are a lot of limitations that areas in game development that can be addressed to help improve gaming for many who have limited sight or none at all. If you're curious to try out what it's like spend some time with your crew and have a blindfold on to restrict the temptation. Have your crew lead you around and realize just how much harder it is to get around or fight skellies. This is a much longer episode as I'm sure you've noticed so I would recommend around the one hour mark taking a break and coming back to the podcast. Ahoy pirates, took some shore leave to talk about some of the awesome stuff that's going on in the gaming industry because honestly there's a lot to talk about! I was going to be a good boy and list all the links to things in the show notes but it's 4 am and I don't think you actually read these, so I'm just going to put whatever I want here and there's nothing you can say or do to stop me. I'm like the money in Pirates of the Caribbean. I'm already undead so shooting me isn't going to stop me from stealing things. He's a good dude and we went sailing after the episode and pulled in a couple of levels of Merchant Alliance by running cargo. Which by the way is really relaxing, especially when you run into two fresh brig spawns who aren't expecting a sloop to sail upon them. Have I mentioned how much I love McDonald's chicken nuggets? Exquisite.
